1. About KISSAN LINK

KISSAN LINK is a digital management platform built for agricultural dealers — pesticide, fertilizer, seed and agri-input shops — bringing sales, inventory, customer Khata, suppliers, staff and business reports together in one system. It is provided by KISSAN LINK to registered dealers ("Dealer", "you") and the staff, customers and suppliers a Dealer connects to their account.

2. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate information when registering a dealer account, and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that happens under your account.
• As a Dealer, you are responsible for the staff, customer and supplier accounts you create or connect under your shop, and for their appropriate use of the platform.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach you become aware of.

3. Acceptable Use

KISSAN LINK is provided for legitimate agricultural retail business use. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or to store or transmit data you don't have the right to hold.
• Attempt to access another dealer's account or data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform, its servers, or its security features.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell KISSAN LINK without our written permission.

4. Your Business Data

The business data you enter into KISSAN LINK — your products, customers, suppliers, invoices, and records — belongs to you. We store and process it to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we do not claim ownership of it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you or your staff enter.

5. Subscription & Payment

Dealer plans and pricing are arranged directly with our team — see Contact KISSAN LINK for current plans and account setup. Fees, billing cycles and payment terms will be confirmed with you at the time of sign-up, and again if they change.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep KISSAN LINK available and reliable, including daily backups of business data, but the platform may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability of the service.

7. Intellectual Property

KISSAN LINK — including its software, design, branding and underlying technology — is owned by KISSAN LINK and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

KISSAN LINK is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KISSAN LINK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including business decisions made based on data recorded in it.

9. Termination

You may stop using KISSAN LINK at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, misuses the platform, or where required by law. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice before doing so.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of KISSAN LINK after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
